Reed Lodge #316 Free & Accepted Masons is proud to host our 4th Annual Gun Raffle — an exciting opportunity to win premium firearms while directly supporting the Evansville community. As a 501(c)(10) nonprofit organization, our mission is to uplift and assist through charitable giving, relief, and community involvement.
Last Year’s Impact
In 2024, your incredible support helped us raise ~$4,000, which will be donated to 3 local non-profits (TBA very soon, so stay tuned!). These funds provided direct aid to those in need and strengthened our partnerships with organizations making a real difference in our city.
Our Goal for 2025
This year, we're aiming even higher — our goal is to raise $5,000 to extend our charitable reach. Every ticket sold helps our lodge with our community impact endeavors and nonprofit contributions right here in Evansville.

1st Place — choice of one of three firearms:
Colt “King Cobra” .357 Magnum revolver
Walther “PPK” .380 ACP pistol
Springfield “2020 Rimfire” .22 LR rifle (with Mueller “Target Dot” Scope)
2nd Place — chooses between the remaining two
3rd Place — receives the final prize

Tickets are available through Lodge members, or feel free to contact us directly and we can arrange to meet you for ticket purchases. You must be 18 or older to enter.
Legal & Transfer Details
All firearm transfers will go through Bucks & Jakes Outfitters, our FFL dealer.
Winners must pass a federal background check and pay any associated transfer fees or taxes.
If a winner cannot legally receive a firearm, the prize is forfeited.

Reed Lodge #316 is a nonprofit Masonic organization operating under the rules of the Grand Lodge of Indiana and the Indiana Gaming Commission (Title 68, Article 21). Proceeds to benefit Reed Lodge 316 and are not tax deductible as charitable contribution.
1. Organizer
This Gun Raffle (“Raffle”) is organized by Reed Lodge #316 F. & A. M. (“Reed Lodge”), located at 301 Chestnut St, Evansville, IN 47713, under Indiana Gaming License #16887, Reference. This is our 4th Annual Gun Raffle fundraiser. The Raffle complies with all relevant Indiana charity gaming laws (Title 68, Article 21 of the Indiana Administrative Code) and the Grand Lodge of Indiana Blue Book.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participants must be legally eligible to own and possess firearms under applicable federal, state, and local laws. Winners must comply fully with these laws.
3. Entry and Payment
Raffle tickets may be purchased using cash, checks, or debit cards only.
Credit card purchases and online ticket sales are strictly prohibited under Indiana law.
Ticket pricing remains:
1 ticket for $20
3 tickets for $50
10 tickets for $100
Participants may purchase an unlimited number of tickets; however, an individual may only win one prize. If a name is drawn more than once, a redraw will occur for the subsequent prize.
No tipping of operators or volunteers is permitted, in accordance with Grand Lodge policy and Indiana charity gaming rules.
4. Prize Description
The raffle will have three (3) firearm prizes. Prizes will be allocated in the following order:
First-Place Winner: May choose any one of the three firearms:
Colt “King Cobra” Revolver, 357 Magnum (approx. $999 value)
Walther “PPK” Semi-Auto Pistol, 380 ACP (approx. $625 value)
Springfield “2020 Rimfire” Rifle, 22 LR with Mueller “Target Dot” Scope (approx. $660 combined value)
Second-Place Winner: Chooses from the remaining two firearms after First Place has selected.
Third-Place Winner: Receives the last remaining firearm.
All firearm prizes must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer chosen by Reed Lodge #316 F. & A. M. The winners must pass a mandatory federal background check and bear any associated fees or taxes. Winners unable or unwilling to fulfill these requirements will forfeit their prize.
5. Prize Transfer and Background Check
All firearm prizes must be transferred through Bucks & Jakes Outfitters (FFL dealer) or a designated licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer chosen by Reed Lodge. Winners must pass a mandatory federal background check. Any background check fees, transfer fees, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners unable or unwilling to fulfill these requirements will forfeit their prize.
6. Drawing and Winner Notification
The drawing will be held publicly on August 11th at 6:30 PM at 301 Chestnut St, Evansville, IN 47713, and it will also be live-streamed on Reed Lodge #316’s official Facebook page. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified immediately after the drawing via the contact information provided at ticket purchase.
7. Prize Claiming
Winners must claim prizes within 15 days after notification. Unclaimed prizes will revert to Reed Lodge #316 for future charitable activities.
8. Taxes and Fees
Purchase of raffle tickets is not tax-deductible. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and reporting obligations related to prize winnings.
9. Liability Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Reed Lodge #316, its officers, members, volunteers, agents, sponsors (including Bucks & Jakes Outfitters, Turley Mfg. Jewelers, and Seitz Insights), and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising directly or indirectly from participation or acceptance of any prize.
10. Publicity
Participation constitutes consent for Reed Lodge #316 to use winners’ names, likenesses, photographs, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.
11. Amendments and Cancellation
Reed Lodge #316 reserves the right to amend these rules or cancel the raffle at any time for any reason, in compliance with Indiana Gaming regulations. In the event of cancellation, tickets purchased will be refunded upon request.
12. Governing Law
This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, including the Indiana Administrative Code (Title 68, Article 21) and the Grand Lodge of Indiana Blue Book.
